How does the silicone band work?
Every band snaps onto the Royal Pop with quick-release pins and converts it from a pocket watch into a wristwatch — no tools needed. Universal fit, in your choice of 3 o’clock or 12 o’clock dial position.
What’s the difference between 3 and 12 o’clock?
It’s the orientation of the colour block on the strap. Pick whichever framing you prefer — both fit identically.
Is it water resistant?
It’s a fashion timepiece and isn’t rated for water resistance — keep it dry and avoid showers, swimming, or submerging it.
What’s your return policy?
30-day no-questions returns. If you’re not in love with it, send it back for a full refund.
How do I track my order?

Is there a warranty?
Yes — every Nüvo watch is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement and case. If something goes wrong through normal wear, email hello@trynuvo.co with your order number and we’ll repair or replace it.
